INUH pieces are substantial and weighty, and we've found that they don't best suit traditional jewelry boxes. We also don't love that traditional jewelry boxes often aren't able to be recycled or reused. Because of this, all INUH pieces are carefully packaged inside a fabric care pouch, nestled within a carved stone spherical box. The box is then wrapped in mulberry paper and rests within an outer card box. We want to eliminate packing waste, and so have spent months carefully sourcing packaging that can be reused and repurposed indefinitely, and that can have a life well beyond our packaging. The rest of INUH packaging is fully recyclable.

INUH offers exclusive made to order items. Once your order is placed, your items will be individually made in wax, cast in gold, set with stones by hand, refined and polished. Please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be sent out for delivery.

All lead times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that all lead times specified are estimates only. Our standards are high and each piece goes through extensive quality control. Should the process take longer than estimated, INUH will be in touch with you.

The lead time is inclusive only of production time. Actual shipping times may exceed the stated lead time by a few days. However, we will do everything we can to get you your pieces promptly.

All orders are packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. When your order is ready to ship, we ship via FedEx. Complimentary next day insured delivery is offered on all orders shipped within the United States. Orders need to be signed for upon delivery. Please contact us if you would like Saturday delivery.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, we also ship via an expedited and insured service. The cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. INUH does not collect any international duties at the time of purchase. Insurance does not cover packages where non-payment of duties occurs. Please reach out if you're needing additional details.

We work with skilled craftspeople who take the utmost care in crafting each piece, and we scrutinize all pieces prior to shipping. Because of the custom nature of each order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items.

INUH jewelry is consciously made to order using quality materials. When not 100% recycled, we use fair-mined, fair-trade conflict free metal that meets the guidelines for the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC).

Diamonds and gemstones are mindfully sourced from reputable suppliers when not recycled.

Whilst our pieces are designed for everyday living, we still recommend exercising some care with your jewelry to ensure the best condition for years to come. Try to avoid hard impacts and contact with abrasive surfaces when possible. Perfumes, household chemicals, and cosmetics can cause damage to jewelry over time.

Store your jewelry in a clean and dry jewelry pouch or lined box when not in use.

Your jewelry can easily be cleaned at home using warm water and gentle dish soap. Use a soft toothbrush to lightly brush the piece or clean the underside of stones.

If looking for a home polish to either restore shine or remove tarnish, we highly recommend Mayflower Polishing Cloths or other similar cloths that are dry-infused with cleaning agents.
